God’s Promise.

Rainbows, with all their radiant colors, are just one of God’s many gifts and promises He has given to us. I am like a giddy child full of wonder when I see one. The red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet are displayed in perfect harmony. Yet nothing that we see or witness here on earth will ever compare to the glorious radiance of our Savior Jesus Christ. 

Like the appearance of a rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day, so was the radiance around him. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord . When I saw it, I fell facedown, and I heard the voice of one speaking. Ezekiel 1:28 NIV
